The Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau ordered China International Capital Corporation to increase the number of compliance inspections. The Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau issued a decision on taking administrative supervision measures to order China International Finance Co., Ltd. to increase the number of compliance inspections. After investigation, the company has transactions between self-management and investment accounts, the management of conflicts of interest is not in place, the over-the-counter options business is not prudent, and the management of subsidiary business and investment behavior is not in place. The situation of non-standard corporate governance reflects that the company has failed to effectively implement compliance management, internal control is not perfect, in violation of relevant regulations. It is decided to take the following supervision and management measures against the company: order the company to seriously rectify the above problems, and carry out an internal compliance inspection every 3 months within 1 year from the date of the decision on the supervision and management measures, and within 10 working days after each inspection, submit a compliance inspection report.
